Neck Sprain
GENERAL INFORMATION
A neck sprain occurs when there is an injury to one of several ligaments and muscles that connect and support the vertebrae in the neck. Slight tears and sprains can be enough to feel neck pain, headaches, numbness in limbs and fatigue. In most occurrences the injury stems from a sudden movement that causes the neck to move into a stressful position.
